General Notes
WunderMoosen conducts secure communication when necessary using Secure Sockets and 128 bit encryption using certificates issued by Thawte. Credit card information is not stored in our database and sensitive information such as passwords are encrypted using strong encryption.
When using any internet store you should always check your browsers status to make sure that the communications channel you are using is secure. In Internet Explorer and most browsers this is signified by a locked lock icon.
Any time you are presented with a certificate dialog from your browser that indicated some problem with the certificate, we do not recommend that you continue with the operation. Contact the company that operates the site you are visiting and report the problem. They should thank you.
Policy
WunderMoosen goes to great lengths to protect the information you entrust us with as well as our own interest. We do not store credit card information in our database and it is not stored in memory past the point it is used in the sale. We also encrypt your passwords but we recommend that you always use a different password for every site that you have an account. When we encrypt the passwords, even we can not determine what they are.
