| There are three different sections in the return policy that cover the different types of products you may be purchasing. Please read them all carefully. If you have any questions on this policy before or after a purchase, please e-mail service@wundermoosen.com.
1. WunderMoosen Software products are marketed Shareware so please make sure you download our applications for evaluation before you place your order. Refunds can not be granted after a key or serial number has been issued. A trial copy will operate for 29 days with full functionality, so there is no reason to pay for the product unless you are completely satisfied that it meets your current needs.
Never by a product based on a projected future feature set. In our case we try to always deliver on what we say is coming, but timelines can vary, so we want you to disregard possible future features in your buying decision. To date we have always offered free updates on every product. Free updates help us reduce the load on technical support for the product so this is a policy that we plan to keep up for as long as we can, but we can not guarantee that we will never charge a fee for a major upgrade. You can download the products for free trial before you buy so please do. If you have a problem with one of our software products please e-mail support@wundermoosen.com.
2. Fonts are not available for trial use. This is unfortunate but at present we have no choice. There is no, low impact, way of giving someone a trial copy of a font and have it expire at the end of the trial period. For this reason there are no returns allowed on font sales. We provide PDF sample files of all of our fonts that you can download and print out for examination. If you are purchasing fonts, you will be able to download the fonts from a link on your invoice or from a link in an e-mail confirmation, after the sale has been processed. These download links are unique to your invoice and will remain in your WunderMoosen online store account unless the download count for them exceeds a threshold indicating that the link has been shared with others. 3. Mooseables are tangible goods and therefore have a different return policy. We will accept returns of Mooseable items as long as they are authorized by a return authorization (RMA). Mooseable items must be returned in a new and unused condition at the buyer’s expense. The assigned RMA must be clearly posted on the return package and it must be sent to the address specified in the RMA. Once received and validated, WunderMoosen will issue a credit which includes any shipping fees originally paid by the buyer for that product. There is no restocking fee unless the items are not returned in a saleable condition.
Returnable Mooseables can also be exchanged (damaged in shipping, wrong size, etc) for an object of equal value through the RMA process. For RMA authorization or information, please e-mail service@wundermoosen.com |
